Appointments for medication education, management, and follow up are available to assist our patients in maintaining medications. We work alongside our patients and monitor side effects to ensure you are taking the medication that's right for YOU. 

Genesight testing is offered to assist our patients in medication management. Genesight is a pharmacogenomic test which means that it analyzes how your genes may affect medication outcomes. The GeneSight test analyzes clinically important genetic variations in your DNA. Results are always reviewed with our providers to provide guidance in your next steps!

Vivitrol is a monthly injectable medication used to treat alcohol and opioid dependence. If you are interested in this service or learning more information, please schedule an appointment to discuss this option with one of our qualified providers!

Our Registered Dietician has years of experience with nutrition and is devoted to assessing our patients individually to identify their nutritional needs. Assessments are conducted at the initial visit and consultation for a nutritional plan is developed with each individual!

After an initial assessment and consultation, we recommended meeting with our registered dietician weekly or bi-weekly to meet your personalized goals. 

We offer nutrition-focused groups in a peer setting in order for our patients to engage with others on a peer-level regarding their relationship with nutrition!
